F8 and be there is the saying of a lot of photojournalist. Basically it’s saying,” you want to get published? Part of it is getting a technically acceptable shot, the other half is just being there.”

Cool interview, it’s interesting to see how people make it to where there at today. Guides spend so much time on the water, it’s natural for them to be the ones shooting and writing. Plus, being published adds to their credibility as a guide.
