    That grayling in today’s photoblog almost didn’t make it due to where the hook connected.

    I’ve caught grayling in Joe Wright Resevoir in Northwestern Colorado on one occasion while living there a few years ago.

    I fished for grayling in Alaska.  They are a lot of fun to catch.  Very aggressive and like to jump.  But you are right, they are sort of stupid.  I would be wading along searching for them and look down and they were swimming along right beside me.

    awesome, i wasn’t even aware they had those there, i thought they were just a canada and alaska thing.
