MemberI said goodbye to my favorite stretch of private water in Utah this weekend. The stream bed use easement, that was unanimously granted by the Utah Supreme Court two years ago, was changed and restricted in this last legislative session. Hopefully, when this goes back to court the easement will be reinstated.
While I was growing up my dad used to talk about fishing this section of river, which had always been off-limits to me. This last two years has been unbelievably cool and I was finally able to fish it, with my dad. I hope this was not my last time, because I’d love to someday take my son. Anyway, thought I’d post up a few pics from this weekends last ‘trip’.

Thanks! All I really did was some behind the scenes website stuff .. The real credit goes to Bryan and all the other local guys who fought so hard AND are still fighting. I hope to see this in court again soon!
