    Where do you guys buy those foam cutters for hopper bodies, etc?

    Got mine at the Sommeset show 3or4 yrs back from river road creations.

    I got the mayfly wing cutters and really like them although it was a little tricky for cut hen wings. Just be sure to use the foam pad that comes with your kit.

    I make my foam and cut into horizontal strips

    from each strip i then cut vertical strips, each vertical strip then is used for a hopper.

    I then tie to shank and may trim head and but to round them off. I have not noticed any difference in productivity in square head/but vs. rounded head/but hoppers. It is a time saving vs. looks decision.

    I am wondering what these mysterious foam cutters look like? Must be pretty easy to copy, or they would show photos of them on the site wouldn’t they?

    Hardwood block with a steel cookie cutter embedded in it.
