Fly casting course or pond

Zachs latest pod cast got me thinking about fly casting ponds and courses. I know San fran has the ponds and Orvis has a casting course in Bend,Or. Does anyone know of or have anything similar to these facilities in other areas? If you were going to design something for a small piece of common area in your neighborhood, what would you come up with? Hope this question makes sense.
JT I’ve actually “played” the course in Bend. It’s a lot of fun! Very challenging. Just like in normal golf I was strong through about 16 holes and then completely went to pieces.
