    hey guys,
i want to purchase the Fishpond 31″ Rodeo bag…it is pricey, (almost $400)
and the fishpond site (and my local shop) don’t have any photos of it….only the outside.
i am looking at this bag as just a travel bag; not exclusive to angling..more of a gear bag to travel for work (i am traveling all the time and need big gear bag that is sturdy). i love fishpond stuff, and was wondering if anyone had any thoughts for me…does anyone have this bag?
as always, thanks for the help in advance…

We have a few in the shop. Awesome Bag! Yes pricey… but even at that price, we move a few every month.

As a travel bag goes, it is good, but as a fishing bag it is the business.

But it has one main flaw… it has “breathing” vents on the side to allow wet waders and boots dry off while in transit. This is allows “people” to see in and see whats available to pilfer! For me, here in SA, that’s a big problem… Also the bottom bit of the bag is quite big compared to the top bit.

The bag you really want, but is no longer available, is the Sage rolling dufle . I have one and it is the best piece of kit I have for traveling!!

As a replacement, the FB is good. So is the William Joe rolling duf, and the Patagonia rolling duf…
