    First of all, i agree 100% about not getting stuff printed at wal-mart or sams club.

    If I were dealing with your image, to get to 8X10, I would do the following:

    1. Image Size – Enlarge to 3000px on a long side (probably you are in 4:3 ratio so I don’t know the other length.

    Another really cool thing in photoshop is the use of “adjustment layers”.
