Dutch Reels, ATH–what’s the deal?

Also, I guess I should have asked first: Are the ATH reels high quality reels or just Artsy fluff?

The ones I’ve admired and handled were elegant, highly functional, and definitely artsy. However, I recently did a search and I guess saw what you have, that they are sold under the Dutch Reel Co. moniker and what’s more have taken on something of a Jasper Parnevik like style.
Hart did a couple of reels for Reddington during the early ’00’s. They were pretty plain and lacked a lot of the character as his namesake creations, but still commanded a big chunk of a paycheck.
