Does anyone have Scott S4 pics they could post?

My local shop is not getting them in for a fews weeks yet. I have seen the ones on the net and am looking for actual pics from a rod someone has purchased.

I didn’t snap photos but I’ll describe them.

The rods are sanded, but translucent silvery-gray blanks.

Do you feel it is a solid all around 5 weight, or by saying it is fickle do you feel it is very unpredictable and erratic? And how does it differ from the S3? I am really hoping this is as good as it is being billed by Scott.

Fickle meaning that the rod achieves the designers’ goals of being very light, with a thin-walled blank, and a fast recovery rate.

Nice pics Andrew. I like the second shot of the blank better. You get more of the snake belly showing up. That is a really funky reel seat. It will be interesting to see how it is received by the masses.
