    Looking at getting a battery grip for my D90. Any sugestion on brands ? I am looking to add one to my camera and was wondering if you all had any opinions ?

    Also looking at a new lens for fishing related shots. I have a 50mm and the kit VR lens that comes with the D90. I am looking at either going wide angle, telephoto, or macro. I just dont knwo what to chose because I want them all.

    Thought I would ask the opinions of the good folk here for a little advice.

    I got the MB-D80 grip and it works great. Together with the penlite holder and an extra battery youre almost never out of power.

    Thanks ! Anyone else have a suggestion on a moderately priced lens ? Under 500 $

    Nate….look out for a lightly used Tokina 12-24. They can be had in nearly new condition for $375 to $400. I got mine off craigslist. This lens gets good reviews and some say it’s as good as it’s Nikon counterpart.
