I’m looking for a high-end P&S camera that does well in low light. Now that the s100s are out, the s95s have come down in price.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this camera. I like that it’s so light.

My thoughts were to buy one and I just did. Awesome, awesome, little cameras and small enough to fit in a pocket.

Adaroma had the kit with an 8g mem card, spare battery, case, and some other junk for $318.

I own an S90 as well and love it! Really advanced for a P&S. I’m sure the S95 is even “more better”.

Thanks so much. Yes, it’s interesting that the s100 got mixed reviews.

BTW, I can’t seem to find much info on this: Does the s95 come with any sort of built-in filters like a ND?

I saw a 2x zoom extender that will probably work on it.

As it turns out, I think I’ve pretty much decided on the Olympus XZ-1. It has a much faster lens and a built in ND filter.

Yes, it weighs more, but I have to compromise. I also like that I can add a viewfinder and an external flash.

I just have to wait until I have the bucks to pay for it.

I’m also seriously considering going down that route as well – Most reviews seem quite positive…In my case, I’m planning on picking up the Olympus underwater housing for it and sticking it through an 8 inch hole in the ice this winter (on my ice fishing trips).
