Camera choice?

    Looking for advice on a point’n’shoot to take better pictures of my fishing and general use. I’ve been using a Kodak EasyShare 4mp but the photos are not clear and crisp as others I’ve seen.

    Not interested in Ansel Adams type work or cumbersome equipment when I lift one into the boat.

    Cant go wrong with the Olympus 1050SW or the Pentax Optio W60.

    My mate Mike, uses the Olympus and its a great little camera.
    The Pentax has a really good reputation!

    I use a Sony W80 with a waterproof housing – nice clear, sharp pics!

    I f you don’t need a waterproof camera and you want SLR results in a point and shoot check out the Panasonic LX3 or Leica Digilux 4 or Canon 10.

    Gotto go with this one too, put in a waterproof housing and be done…

    I have the Olympus 770sw, waterproof, great camera for the money…
