    Fellas-

    I am heading to the British Virgin Islands over new years and will be doing some fishing.  I have seen many tarpon over the past few trips down there but have not had any eats.  Any thoughts on flies?  I am loading up on some gummy minnows as a last resort.

    I’ve only seen a few tarpon down there and most of those were hanging around the harbors.

    I ripped a nice Bone last year at the Bitter End, but have seen these tarpon nightly around the harbors as well.

    Hi Kyle,
    My wife and I have sailed in the BVI 6 times over the past several years but only on the last trip in May did we try to do any fishing.

    If you are seeing the tarpon at night, try some poppers!
