I hit the dam this morning with some new wading boots to try…I got some Korkers Guide boots and must say on the first trip on them I love them…they are ultra light and the BOA lacing system is awesome…my boots came with the felt soles and the sticky Kling-on…i tried the felt since i was at the dam and never had any issues with them…i cant wait to go to settles or up in the mountains and try the Kling-on soles…i got out there early this morning and there was a good layer of fog this morning on the river…it was very slow i wasn’t getting any hits, i saw very few risers and was working on a skunk…but i made my way down to bowmans island and started getting into some fish…i ended up hooking 2 on an Orange Depth Charge SH and missing another one and brought another one to hand a yellow PMX…i missed another one on the PMX and that was all she wrote for me…all in all a great day though
i was putting up my waders to try and saw this guy in the garage…
