bonefishing with the family

My dear mother is graduating college next year. She started at age 55. As a graduation present the kids are thinking we will all go somewhere tropical. With out hesitation I immediately think “bonefish.”
Selfish? Maybe. I like to think I’m just opurtunistic 😉 Anybody know a good all inclusive resort with access to flats fishing, but also a lot for the family and kids to do? We’re thinking central america or Caribbean, but we’re looking for something with a lot of value for our money. Which we don’t have very much of.
