What’s up guys – been way to long since I’ve made a post here. It’s been a crazy year (both work and travel). Out of the blue, my boss informed me that I’d be hosting a group of 5 anglers to Tsimane Lodge (back in July). Obviously I was beside myself as I’d been itching to get down there to shoot images.
The time finally came and the trip was absolutely incredible. Fishing, landscape, people, accommodations – it was all there. I have a full write up in my newsletter here:

Awesome photos man and I really enjoyed reading about your trip. I read an article about that place in the October 2010 issue of Adventure Fishing and have been freaking out to go ever since. Looks like an amazing experience.

Matt, any insect/health issues during your trip to Tsimane I have read about in other publications?

None to speak of for our group. All of us got our yellow fever vaccinations beforehand. The “noseeums” were a beating for sure, but the 100% deet kept them somewhat controlled.
