Looking for a pattern that the fish will eat when they aren’t fussy, just hungry. The two I’m into are the good old para adams and a much older english fly called the red tag, which is just red fluff tail, fat peacock body and bushy brown hackle. One’s more a realistic ish presentation whereas the other is just a fine atractory terestrialy thing.
Might want to try some cracklebacks and renegades. Cast em out and let em drift, when they start to drag, pull em under and twitch them back fast..Works great on stockers in Missouri Trout Parks. Cheers.
