I’m hoping to get your opinions about what you think are the best baseball style hat makers.

    Hey Brad –

Simms has a pretty reasonable custom hat operation, where they’ll take one of their hats (with their logo on the back) and sew up the front with your logo.

I have an Imperial-made Madison River Fishing Company hat that fits my kick-ball-charlie-brown head like they used me for the pattern.

I’m not sure if they are still making those, but I’d buy ten of them if I could.

Not sure who makes them, but I really like the Sage military style caps – they’re very solid and look good IMHO.

    Pity they discontinued them..

    Brad,

All of my favorite hats are the mesh back style.  The only accessible one that I could check the manufacturer on is from The Slide Inn and is an Ouray brand hat.  It says it is style 50005, but I believe the current model that they show available on their website would be the 50004:

    Cheers,
    Tim

    Brad,

I agree with Tim about the Ouray hats. They have a good fit and are well made with several options. I am about to have some made for my company as well and intend to go with that brand. I should have my pricing next week, I can let you know what I am paying for them if you want.

    Tim
