    Leaving tomorrow for Islamorada 😎 My partner is covering the service, the pager is turned off, Knockando single malt scotch in hand, neighbor’s taking care of the dog, wife is happy, forecast says sunny skies in the 80’s with little wind.  Just getting ready to pack it all away . . .  There is no better feeling than the day before a fishing trip.

    Check list complete (checking account low :-/)!

    Get really drunk tonight.  I can never sleep the night before a big trip……….plus, sometimes a slower hook set helps.

    I have a buddy that swears by this theory only with a bit more moderation.
