Patrick, is snagging legal or just a lack of adequate enforcement?

    Patrick,

How were the bears? I fished the Russian about this time last year and they were in there pretty thick. The rangers were passing out plastic garbage bags so the snaggers could put their dressed fish in them (to keep from dribbling salmon juice on the trail).

In the 5th photo….is that monofilament line littering the bottom of the stream?

    Nice fish….thanks for posting!

the rangers are stupid, and have a stupid crusade against people bear interactions.

    Patrick,

Great pics as usual!!! Keep on posting them. On a side note, There’s deer in PA? Game Commission has pretty much killed them off around here(SWPA), haven’t seen one in two weeks. SWPA has gone to the birds, turkeys that is. 😀

    Hey Patrick,

Nice looking fish. Love the underwater shots. Just curious, what type of camera did you use?

Not to derail the thread but,
Jason what part of PA are you in? I’m in central and it seems that I see deer all of the time.
Granted, I’m new to the area so I can’t compare with the past.

😉 The deer in PA have moved into my back yard and they love my garden. It’s like a salad bar to them. Even the fawns have learned to snack. S.D.

Sounds like the bears at the place I was last week, I counted 13 sitting at once…
