Ok, after months of looking at digital SLR’s I have finally come to the conclusion that I am not ready to make that step. The main reason is the size of the things. Way to to big! I want this camera for taking pictures of wildlife. I am a guide so I really don’t want the bulk that get with an SLR and it’s big ass zoom lens.
So, I think I have narrowed my search down to three compact size cameras and wanted to get any and all feedback from the people on this board. The cameras are the following;
Canon S3IS
Olympus SP510
Nikon S10
I really want to pick up something soon so the quicker the input the better. We have about 500 head of Elk wintering on the ranch I work at and I want to get as many pictures as I can.
Thanks for your help!
