Bead Head/Cone Head Flies

Hey guys, I’m a novice flytyer who is having trouble figuring out what size bead, cone, etc. to select for my flies. Is there some type of chart or other aide that would help in making the right selection based on the size and type of hook? The packaging for some of the beads I have bought includes a chart that suggests a range of hook sizes for each weight but I was wondering if there was something better out there.

Those sink rates look a little off to me… perhaps just for the bead.. but throw in the body of the fly, etc.. and the rate has to be slower than that…
