For those of you who have Macs, Apple just released Aperture as a 30 day trial for download. Pretty hefty system requirements though.

There’s a compatibility checker on the right pane that’s a small download to see if your computer’s up to snuff.

I’ve worked with aperture a little and while it’s a neat program, unless you are willing to plop down the $$$$ for a MacPro and 2 gigs of ram, it won’t work.
