Anybody have any experience with making slideshows

I need to make a slideshow for church that we can show on the projection screen. Basically, it’ll just be a bunch of still pictures (maybe a few short videos) sync’ed up with a few songs. The display of the pictures needs to be automatic and if possible, in tune with the music somewhat.

Download and install Adobe’s free Lightroom program if you have a mac available – it will do everything you want in a very simple format.  Other than that, you are probably best off using Powerpoint and a separate audio.

Whoops, my bad, the program is ‘Lightroom’ although it is an APPLE Aperture clone.

As of yet I don’t think there’s a windows version but you could always have a look around the net.

If you have windows xp there is a windows movie maker program that is the berries. I made this video on it the other day…
