Great report Tim! We leave a week from tomorrow! I can’t wait and after reading this report my excitement level jumped up about 10 notches!

Joel, I’ve been hearing about some absolutely stonkin’ fish being caught on the south island this year.  You’re going to have a blast.  I’m going to try to squeeze the last couple of pennies out of my bank account and fly down to meet up with you.  I’ll have a chat with Simon and see if it would work out.

How on earth did we manage to catch fish casting like that mate?!?! Cheesy

I know mate!  That’s what I was thinking as I posted these.  Double tungsten bhs are not kind.

Clark, I would even be a “real man” and bring Speights.   ;D

    Cheers,
    Tim

Just give me a bell mate and we’ll tee something up.

You can judge a man by the size of things which annoy him.

Great report Tim, Hamish, and Josh….thouroughly enjoyed it.  The scenery in New Zealand never ceases to make my jaw hit the floor.  Keep up the good work.  Always wanted to go to New Zealand, but not sure I could stand being couped up in a flying tin can that long to get there as well as the cost…maybe some day.  Until then, I will visit vicariously through your awesome posts Tim.
