    Thanks to  folks on this board like Lando and Peter and a couple other sites I have go to versions of “chile”, wings, pulled pork, abt’s even boiled peanuts, I have now been looking for an onion ring recipe to add, so any help will be greatly appreciated. I’ll find something In the prize box if someone can help me out.

    Cam.. That’s what I have been doing also plus adding a few extra spices to the mix. I think this weekend I’m going to try using the double fry method that I use for fries.
