Alaska Fall Trip: Warning Big Bow and Dolly Pics!

It’s Fall in Alaska, which can only mean one thing to me, Big Fat Rainbows!
It was time again for me to head back to Alaska in the Chugash Mtn range and have my Pal Colin and Drifter show me where the fish were at and they absolutely did not disappoint. Another trip to remember for sure and besides incredible fishing we had immaculate weather, spectacular scenery and good friends to hang out with for a fun week of fishing! It seems a few on here have been having some up there so glad I was able to get into a few fish as well.
Quite dead but what a beast!Very fun time and counting down the days till I get back again!
Sounds like a few more are headed out that way so can’t wait to see more pictures from others.great looking pics, i love the 5th one with the uber belly! what type of red lure(or fly) is that in the 8th pic?
Here are a few more pictures from some of the guys on our trip, their’s are “slightly” bigger than mine. They were fortunate to hit the Middle on a few good days with a local guide (name escapes me). We all hit the middle Kenai some but it was off so they just got lucky and from the size of these beast, I wish I would have stayed a few extra days when the Monster Bows came out to play.
I was fortunate to have a friend who lives there and as much time as he spends on the Kenai, he could guide for sure but enjoys taking buds out for a good time. What a time it was and each time I make it out to AK the Kenai rarely disappoints.
