Made the trip down to GA to see family for the week of Thanksgiving.
Started off in my parents backyard fishing for trout. The fishing was good and my dad used his home field advantage to get the big fish both days we got out.

Went to the in-laws and had some deep fried turkey. Got back on the water for a few hours on the Saturday after Thanksgiving.
Made a run to fish for my favorite freshwater fish, the shoal bass, on one of my favorite sets of shoals.

The water was perfect and the fish cooperated for the short time I was out.

Not much in the way of size, but did get one decent fish early.

Some persimmon trees had managed to keep hold in the middle of the shoals.

The fall fruit:

Snapped a few shots as I flew back in time to watch UGA beat up Ga Tech.

I hope everyone else enjoyed the holiday!
