Here’s the start of my photo gallery this year, mostly from around Beaver dam area, but some also from Bull Shoals tailwater. Been a slow start to the year for me as far as getting out.

    Any comments welcome.

A picture is thousand words that takes less than a second while a thousand words is a picture that takes a month.

Great series- I’m living vicariously through this stuff- still very much winter/spring flooding

Good stuff Scott! I agree with DA, I like the shot of where Butler Creek enters the White the best. Although those big browns certainly have me thinking about some trout fishing, something that we don’t have a lot of around here.

Thank you one and all for the comments. I like the Butler Creek shot too. It was one of those hazy, high sun days, and I didn’t think I’d get any good shots, but the lighting on that one had something about it. The wind added a sheen to the water also.

Bet no one noticed the two pairs of geese flying in the lower right over the water :-).

Good stuff .. i like the “train bridge” and chips smile is great. He looks so happy with the fish and it really shows through!

Beautiful stuff Scott!  My faves are the Old Train Bridge, Trusses in the River at Confluence, Chip’s Brown, Same Brown, and the Beaver Creek view with the boulders, and the Yellow Suspension Bridge.

Very nice Scott. Looks like a great area to wet a line.

Nothing like the hills of home, Lawrence. I read a statement by novelist Daniel Woodrell yesterday in which he call the Ozarks “the least governable region of America.” 🙂

Neal, I used Lightroom but have not upgraded to 2.0 yet.

    Thanks everybody.
