This little gem is in near-perfect condition and I currently fish it in the Smokies.  I had to lathe a new handle for it, but fortunately I had other period-consistent samples handy and mine is indistinguishable from the original.  The only remaining problem is with the handle&#8217;s spindle, which I haven&#8217;t quite got on tight enough.
