Hi there, my real name is Euan but my nickname is Sunny, I'm a loft conversion consultant currently living in Lowestoft, UK. My favorite interests are fashion, hooping and bus spotting. I grew up in in Southampton and studied at University of York. I've got a brother Hasan and a sister Thalia, I have a pet owl called Jelly. I operate a loft conversions agency and help people make the most of houses so that they haven't got to relocate. In today's times house prices are continually rocketing and it isn't every homeowner that can find the money to move house when the time arises. The cost of moving house must be added to the price of the new home plus all of the extras when you are determining the overall outlay involved. If you find that your family is getting too big for your home however you can't afford to move there are more alternatives. You could possibly extend your home to make additional living space but even this can be very expensive and will depend upon whether or not you can get planning permission. Yet another possibility is a garage conversion, which is cheaper although is dependant on you having a garage and not needing it for parking your car. Probably the best solution is to have a loft conversion, which should add plenty of value to your house and should not require any sort of planning permission. You'll find quite a few uses to which your loft conversion can be put, when it is complete. Some people use it as a man cave, an extra bedroom or a new bathroom. But naturally there are plenty of uses to which a good loft conversion can be put, restricted solely by your imagination!
