    Sounds like you guys tied some really cool flies. If anyone has time to post them, I would love to see some pictures.

    I am pretty sure it was a blue. It was one of the craziest things I have seen in a long time.

    To be honest, I have really never tried anything else. I have to say this conversation has made me a little bit curious, but maybe I should just leave well enough alone before it winds up costing me $400.

    Just out of curiosity…what are the issues with renzetti? I have been tying on a traveler for several years, and have never had any complaints or reasons to consider using something else. I tie a wide range of flies from small stuff to big bass and salt water flies and it seems to work fine. Am I missing out by not looking into some of the other vises mentioned on this thread? For those who have decided to upgrade, what advantages do higher end vises have?
