    Cool pic. What does the rest of that rod look like? Is that a dropper off that down wing? Nice tie BTW.

    Bob, I suspect that is a Scott F703/3…

    They are the nicest sticks in my opinion.

    …then you have to find a 3 1/4 inch J. W. Young Condex in the funky green to match it with.

    I fish a 00, and have a few mates fishing 000, there is no gimmick in the stick, it casts well, presents superbly and can even pulls good fish, I have an 18”, my mate a 20” and the best I have personally seen is 22”.

    Mario with a 22″ bow on a stream at 2300m (8000 feet?) abouve see level, running at about 4 cubicmeter/second (12CFS?).

    I have never felt under gunned and on very few occasion had a wind issue, I could even say that under certain windy conditions, it performs better than heavier sticks with the thin diameter of the line cutting through the wind.

    We mainly fish them in the tiny alpine streams, or where supper soft and delicate presentation is needed. The line makes very little impact on the water when it lands and if you really want to get ultra, ultra light, we use “boiled” 25/35lbs mono as the line, seamless knot to a leader and
