    Hi guys,

I am using an old Nikon D70 for some UW playing around shots. Now the body came with an old very slow CF card and wich i think also generates some problems. When i fill up the buffer with 4 raw images it writes unreadable files to the card. My plan is to just buy a new card for the D70 but my google searches only point me to cards recommended back in 2006  😀

Anyone here who still uses a D70 and a modern card?

    Thanks.

Per the Nikon USA site and the latest update to the D70 manual, the slowest 2GB Sandisk or Lexar CF card should be about as much card as the D70 body will handle.

They only list CF cards that are 40X or slower but I would try a 15 MB/S 2 GB card.  It will be very cheap and should work.

The manual was last updated 1/5/2011.

Thanks Roy, bought a 8 Gig 133x and that works perfect. It takes 1400 raw files so i think one will do allthough it was very cheap
