Multi Day Float options in the Southeast

I’m trying to come up with rivers in the Southeast where I can do a multi-day float in my Clack. The ideal place would have 2 non-developed campsites along the way, and no water above a class 2. I don’t actually care what we fish for. Looking for options in Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina first.
