September Retail Show Fast Approaching

The annual Flyfishing Retail Show is coming up in September and as always hints and trickles of new products are beginning to leak through.

I was at the Winston factory last week and didn’t *see* anything new or different, but the word on the street is the Ibis is being discontinued.

Zach, Nice board. Have you heard anything about William Joseph coming out with waders? Nice to be back in the the swing of things. I’m retiring next week and will keep myself busy, fishing, a visit to Italy in Sept. and an offer from one of the pofs at Penn State to help write a book on physics. I can now peruse the boards. Sage’s 2006 catalog was waiting at the Creel.

The TCR is now available in a #4, which ought to make a great light tarpon rod (hahahahahahaha).

The VPS is discontinued and replaced with something whose name I recall as the VLT, though that is probably wrong.
