Waders for the Tall and large of Foot

I’m looking for some guidance on waders. My son is 6’5″ with a size 15 foot. I’m looking for some waders that would fit him both height and sock foot. (He has wader boots) and won’t break the bank.
For most of our trips (summer), he and I wet wade. (fish/thaw/repeat) He had no plans for spring break and I was headed to Arkansas for my youngest’s last run at Dry Run Creek so he’d need some waders. We stopped off at Bass Pro Outlet in Springfield MO hoping we could find something that would work.
When we found waders that would fit him height wise, the foot was extremely tight and thought it would tear. To get the foot to fit, we had to go with a 4X wader. It worked, but it literally would wrap around him twice (he’s tall, SKINNY and big feet). The good news is bass pro had several pairs (4X and 5X) in their outlet store so we were able to pick up a pair cheap.
When we hit the Norfork and White, he’d wrap the extra material around himself, cinch up the wader belt and off we’d go.
He and I both had a blast and he wants to do more fishing (insert happy dad smile), but he’d like to get some waders that fit or at least in the ball park of fitting.
Any suggestions?? Any tall, skinny folks out there who happen to be blessed with large feet (15 or greater)?

Might want to call up OS Systems. They make a bombproof wader and can put extra large booties on them. I had a pair of their non-breathable waders for electrofishing and got several years of VERY heavy use out of them.
