Hey guys –
Sorry the podcast went on pause for a bit there; I was finishing up training for and then running a 1/2 marathon.

Tracy is a lot stronger runner than me. She finished fourth in our age class and might have won it if I hadn’t held her back. I finished in under 2 hours and was pretty much in the middle of the pack. This was my first ever race of any kind so I was very satisfied–and more importantly I don’t feel I need to do it again…
