Wooden drifter

Bought this 16 foot drifter a few years ago with a friend and we never used it. Sat in my garage for a couple of years and then in his backyard under a tarp for a couple of more years, where it was unfortunately exposed to weather.
It’s a great boat and I’m more than a little embarrassed that we’ve allowed it to get in this condition. Most of the work appears to be cosmetic to my untrained eye, although there is a piece of rotted wood on the back. This piece had a plate to protect the boat from the swinging anchor and water seeped in under the plate and rotted the wood. Otherwise I think the boat is solid.
I know there are some guys on this board that refurbish good boats, so I thought I would throw it up here first before putting on Craigslist, etc.Trailer is solid and in good shape. Two Sawyer oars included. The boat is in Chattanooga.
