    I’ve just upgraded from my old 350D to a 40d 🙂 with a 17-55 2.8  😎

It was my first day on the water with them today. The L plates are on, but I am definately going to enjoy the ride 😉

Thanks Tim. Yes that’s Paua. I built that myself last year on a CTS blank.
Looks like there’s only 4 from flyshop keen on May, so give your mates the heads up, and see if they’re interested in coming along. If not, 4 is a good number anyhow. I’ll be in touch soon. Busy this week.

Thanks Corey. It was a long walk up a small stream without fish. It got to the point where I contemplated prayer, and then we came across this guy. The water level was down, and he wasn’t in great condition. Eel bitten as well.

We dropped back to the main river to fish, and my only fish for the day proved to be a bit of a handfull ;D

Adam, I did a lot of research, and it took a long time for me to save for that lens, and I have to say I am very, very happy with my purchase. It’s awesome. 🙂
