Could lose ownership of her own images. This would not particularly kill me at my stage in photography, but for you guys that make a living at it, I could not imagine.

And after further reading, it appears that she also signed away the rights to pictures she has not even taken yet. Ouch!

Wouldn’t be surprised if people start saying “Don’t get Lebovitzed” when signing into contracts that are hard to uphold.

That’s a sad story indeed..
Annie is brilliant, certainly the top of the class in portraits.

You have to ask though, how did she end up in a position of owing that kind of money and having to use her work as security on debt
