The https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rainbow_trout article on Wikipedia just got promoted to Featured Article status, the highest quality rating in the encyclopedia. It’s a pretty rigorous process to get an article promoted to FA status. Zach and Mike were gracious enough to contribute images to the Commons on Wikimedia to be used in the article that really helped it along. Mike’s rainbow is the lead image and Zach contributed a great shot of the Lake Erie steelhead.
Will always be looking for good images of the various rainbow and cutthroat subspecies for related articles from anyone willing to contribute. The process is pretty simple as Zach and Mike will attest. Thanks again for the contribution.
