    I cast a 9’6″ #6 in a parking lot

Wanting to hear about stick time on the 4 and 5’s, which rod is “more true to weight” if there is a difference.

I’m thinning out the herd and looking for a replacement for my tailwater wading rod, size 10 to low 20’s flies.

I got all the other stuff covered 🙂

    Hey David –

From what I am hearing the 10′ 4 weight is an unusually great rod. The guys who have thrown it claim the materials have gotten light enough for their strength that you don’t notice the additional foot of blank when casting. Might make a great tailwater nymphing rod — something to check out.
