    Somehow the stars have aligned and I will be making two trips to Ted Turner’s Vermejo Ranch (the largest tract of privately owned property in the West) this summer to fish. We will be staying at the Costilla Lodge for both trips. I have fished water near the ranch but never inside Vermejo. Have any forum members fished the Ranch? Any advice?

    I’m looking forward to the trip and will have plenty of pictures to share when I get back (hopefully some of which will include some monster trout)!

    I grew up in the shadow of the Sangres where the ranch is located but have never been there before. I have spent many hours looking at it on maps, but have never been there before. Enjoy it and yes pictures would be nice!
