Without going into details about it my new Sony A100 is broken after only three weeks :'( :'( :'(. I called Crutchfield last night and before I could tell them all the details about what happened they informed me that a new one was on the way and to just send the old one back in the prepaid box. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to hear this. I feel like I needed to give them a shout out so that’s the reason for the post. I could have gotten it a little cheaper on Ebay but I’d be screwed right now.
Amazon had several good reviews about Crutchfield’s customer service and the price was very competitive so I decided to buy from them. They have a faithful customer for life now.My wife and youngest daughter will be relieved to hear this news as well… :-X
