Best tripod for the money?

I have been reading alot about Benbo tripods on the internet lately as being well made with a great set of features at a good price point. Below is a link to a tripod and head for under $200.

==================I use a Dynatran Carbon Fiber Tripod (don’t recall the model off the top of my head) with a Fiesol Ball Head that I was lucky enough to purchase for $75 for the entire setup.
If you look hard on ebay, you can find dynatran stuff on sale fairly cheap and I really like my tripod. Below is a link to a quick search that I ran on Ebay for “Carbon Tripod”
