Pen and Ink?

Had to shoot a photo for an illustration the other day. Below freezing and no one fishing so I hopped into the waders and acted as both photog and fisherman. The photo was lame, though it worked for the illustration, so I started playing in Photoshop and came up with this image.
Looks like something out of a 1930’s book.
