Can anyone recommend a panorama program?

Photoshop Elements has a Photomerge feature that works pretty good, especially if you take care to level the camera and get some precise overlap. It has an auto and a manual mode. I am still using Elements 1.0, so they may have changed it on the menu (File-Photomerge).
Does Photoshop have the feature?
