    Here are a few squids I tied for fishing the Sea of Cortez (Baja) in May as well as a few articulated spiral leeches with UV polar chennile wound in.

    We use squid flies a lot in saltwater, particularly in open water.

    Pretty awesome thread on striper stomach contents (other salty species as well) on that forum. Big fish will eat anything, including squid.
