    So, if you could recommend the ultimate rotary vise for your sister-in-law to buy for your fishing buddy, what vise would it be? Price is not an object. shannon

    I agree that the LAW is as good as it gets, but I think your sister-in-law would be hard pressed to get one before Christmas.

    If you buy him Renzetti I will disown you! Renzetti’s flagship is >$600. You can get the peak and some accessories for <$200, which would leave four bills for a new rod/reel combo. That being said, come over here or go to BP and look at the Peak vise. They have a great price, and I have never had a problem with mine. They are solid and have many additional features available. They are simple and rugged. My .02 D.
